Unless you are using Gnome and the origin and destination of your drag and drop are on two different devices. In which case it will copy instead of cut.
- therealunreal 13y agoNot just Gnome. Windows is like that too.
- Pxtl 13y agoThis ambiguity means that I never use lclick-drag even when I'm tempted to use the clumsy operation - on windows I always RClick-drag so that the operation (move or copy) is explicitly selected.
