What types of intellectual property did you have that gave you any Chinese legal right to exclusive use of your designs?
Chinese parents? Anything else, such as Chinese copyright or Chinese NDA?
- dangero 13y agoI don't know exactly because I wasn't involved in that side. The general thing I realized is that it's in the Chinese government's best interest to make sure large scale counterfeit operations are stopped. When looking for a factory you now have options beyond China, so if fakes in China marginalize your business, you're just going to move your manufacturing elsewhere.
