My letter came across as quite hubristic - I know. In truth, I like to think I am humble. But, then again, that is so relative. And, something difficult to communicate while trying to prove competence.

- bithive123 13y agoTrying to lace your writing with competence is one of the quickest ways to undermine your own credibility. Be patient, go to school, and put in your time and one day you'll find that you come across as competent without any extra effort.
