Ask HN: How would you define Hyper Local Advertising?
This "Hyper Local" has been thrown out A LOT lately... how do you define it?
- ram1024 17y agolocal would be like billboards and whatnot, right? and hyper-local would be advertising on a person's mobile device when they're near the location of the establishment? just a guess
