No longer Nokia Siemens Networks. Nokia recently bought out their share from Siemens, and now called "Nokia Solutions and Networks". It's been a solid revenue generator for them. Just like Motorola which has a lot of cell tower/radio networking etc. that is didn't sell to Google, Nokia is a huge player in base stations/NodeB's, etc. that it's not selling.
