I was thinking about that and I think you're right as far as the overall numbers go, but the intern group is really small (it was <20 when I was there), so the entropy in the distribution would be higher than Google/Facebook/Microsoft/Amazon. And yeah I agree, as much as you like your first internship, switching it up for the second is usually a good idea because that mobility is harder when working full-time.
