The hardest part I noticed while reading was automating empathy and helping someone calm down when they are stressed out. The rest of her job could be done with better maps and UI design.
- akjetma 13y agoIt's short-sighted to think that you have an understanding of a person's job after reading a tangentially related article and thinking about it for five minutes.

- heurist 13y agoI don't think I do, I'm just going off what was written in the article. But I have also had simple jobs that could be automated with the right tools. Even software developers have to constantly stay on top of tools that automate the use of older or more complex tools.
