Go to school, and learn a new skill, something that has always fascinated you but that you've never pursued. Meet new people, expand your horizons. Defer your student loans. Also, if you're good at what you do (and it seems like you are) - you'll probably end up coming back to it, but just need the time out to recharge and refresh, or maybe you'll just become a painter because of all the talent you had that you never discovered earlier because you were too busy writing code.
