InQuicker specifically notes that they aren't for urgent or emergency conditions (http://www.inquicker.com/when_to_call_911 http://www.inquicker.com/when_to_call_911). I don't see any reason why this couldn't be extended to non-hospital clinics, they work pretty similarly.
