This guy has no idea what he is talking about. We have got VS2013 preview and windows 8.1 preview since june and developing apps for it.
- Osiris 13y agoThe question is how much different is the preview than the release? They haven't said. I'm running 8.1 preview right now and it seems pretty solid. It's still a departure from previous behavior and warrants at least an explanation about why or how developers should approach the 8.1 release.
