Well, Hacker News, for one, seems to auto-hellban posts (or new user registrations?) from Tor. I'm not sure if this is specifically targeting Tor, or if it's some automated system reacting to active abuse from Tor exit node IP addresses. I imagine it can be a tough call for web site operators who want to support anonymity, but also don't want to deal with the bad apples who will use it to create grief.
