Why would you mock this as a function call and not use __get() so that it shows up as a property: $config->databaseUrl; versus $config->getDatabaseUrl(); ?

Why would you mock this as a function call and not use __get() so that it shows up as a property:
$config->databaseUrl;
versus
$config->getDatabaseUrl();
?
