- justin66 13y agoIt's an inversion of the way things are normally phrased, but yes, of course. Under antitrust law there are restrictions that take effect once a company grows to a certain size. Up until that point they were free to behave a certain way (for instance, making deals with PC suppliers to exclude other operating systems) but once they become big enough for antitrust law to apply...
