Ok, but that works in the other direction -- a person may be closed-minded with respect to the age of people they are willing to hire. Don't get me wrong, I would like to believe that all I have to do is keep learning and not get mentally lazy. But I fear it ain't so.
- asdfdsa1234 13y agoIf they are, they're hurting themselves by overpaying for less valuable young workers.
- lambdasquirrel 13y agoThe money is no big deal. The damage you do to your long-term prospects is probably insurmountable. Groupthink becomes a big deal as companies get bigger.
