- avalaunch 13y agoThat entirely depends on the action you choose to take after being ripped off. Being ripped off doesn't give you a blank check to do whatever you want. If someone fails to pay you, you can prevent delivery of the service they failed to pay for. Anything beyond that and you are the aggressor.
