Could someone please elaborate on why an LLC would not be good for selling your company?
I'm aware that it wouldn't be preferable for outside investment, but this is the first I'm hearing about issues with sale to another company.
- Terretta 13y agoLLC is incredibly flexible, and incredibly easy to convert to a C if you do actually need. He's wrong on that, conflicts with all his other MVP product advice. LLC is the MVP corporate structure.
