I remember the Microsoft deal with Conduit [1], but can't dig up anything that links Microsoft with Babylon.
Interestingly, that link implies that Conduit had a deal with Google before they got a better deal for switching to Bing.

- woodchuck64 13y agoI think that's the point: when Google has refused to continue to profit off browser-hijacking companies, Microsoft is only too eager to step up to offer Bing.
- blahbl4hblah 13y agoYeah...that's really selfless of them...you know, not continuing to screw people...it was ok when they started screwing people just not when the renegotiation happened. Google isn't a person that lives in your neighborhood that you can trust with your weed-whacker...they excel at making people like you think that they are "on your side"...and you believe it.
