I wonder if they did any research before filing a DMCA against who they were poking with a pointy stick? Or whether it was just an auto-match and auto-DMCA filed? Hopefully when this goes to the courts it'll set some precedents, I can't imagine Lessig backing down from a fight over a spurious DMCA claim.
