- solarmist 13y agoLater they note it is currently (2013) 64%, so I don't think it's a typo.
- bluedino 13y agoYou missed the sentence before that one - By the next year, prices plummeted and most people paid below or at the asking price.
- johnrob 13y agoGot it - I missed the bit about it dropping since the previous high.
