Treat SMS differently if needed.

- buugs 17y agoI wonder if people like twitter because it is small and they don't need to read 200+ characters... and whats stopping them from being any different from wordpress.com with extensions
- ak8866 17y agoI agree with you, but the @replies does make sense in my opinion. The URLs and linking messages to a longer SMS should've been done a long time ago, but... they say they have a plan for Twitter! (I doubt it though!)
- TweedHeads 17y agoHow about removing the from/@to/urls/tags from the message and place them outside as metadata? Cleaner messages, better service. (As an example try a search on any subject, say iPhone, and see the clutter and noise, hard to read)
- TweedHeads 17y agobtw, google missed the boat with jaiku, being a great and clean service, even prettier than twitter, they could have evolved it and have an edge over twitter, but instead they let it die, dunno why.
