- jf22 13y agoIn writing could bite you in the ass later. I wouldn't put those type of accusations in writing.
- duncan_bayne 13y agoIn writing will provide a paper trail that may later prove very handy. E.g. "oh yeah, that guy: I fired him for poor performance." How would you prove otherwise without a paper trail?
