How do pedestrians fare when hit by a Tesla? I'll save my cheering for when they have a self driving one so I no longer have to worry about drunk or distracted drivers.
- mzs 13y agoMy guess is they would do pretty well. There is not a rigid engine right under the hood, the wipers mounts seem well protected under the hood, and no other protrusions really in the front. Euro NCAP provided pedestrian safety results, but the site does not work for me from here. You can go see if you want though if there is anything for the Tesla Model S there.
