Deliberately misleading. Is the implication that Craigslist cats end up in laboratories? The article avoids stating this directly, and I find it doubtful. Are experiments being conducted generally inhumane and unethical? The single sleep deprivation experiment described was conducted in 1967.
Cats are an important model organism for researching human neurophysiology, subject to ethics committee approval.

- mindlines 13y agoIf you think animal testing is humane, that is YOUR opinion. It's not fact. Others think differently than you. Btw, Craigslist animals DO end up being experimented on. Do five minutes of online research and find out for yourself.
