Make it so if the student fails to graduate, or graduate and cannot get a job in their field In other words, "If the kid doesn't graduate, all of the other students should pay for that kids chance at an education." Do I have that right? If that's your point, why not do away with tuition all together and just have the state/feds pay for "College for everyone"?
