Off topic: Do most web developers/designers just not care about firefox anymore? I've hit so many links on the HN front page that were designed specifically for chrome and have parts just falling into the ether etc. on firefox. What gives? Don't you at least look at it in the other browsers before making it live?
- jacobr 13y agoLooks identical to me in Firefox and Chrome.
- mtrpcic 13y agoI think part of the problem is that Chrome uses a branch of Webkit, and combined, Webkit has a huge majority of the market share (Safari, Mobile Safari, Chrome, Mobile Chrome). It's a clear winner for "first target", but I agree, FF shouldn't be left behind, it still has a large chunk of the market share.
- zeckalpha 13y agoI'm on firefox and it looks alright for me... Maybe they test it but it works for them. With the current version numbering schemes, there are many conditions to test.
- wf 13y agoMaybe it's because I'm on a PC: http://i.imgur.com/QaEYVg8.jpg http://i.imgur.com/QaEYVg8.jpg
- thought_alarm 13y agoDisable your Firefox extensions/add-ons/custom-css and try it again.
- wf 13y agoI only have firebug installed and am also using ff 23.0 (in reference to another comment), still skewed (even with firebug disabled).
- blakeperdue 13y agoI'll debug it and preview again in Firefox. I built it fast and didn't properly test it before moving on to other work. When I do "real" work I do test in Firefox on all platforms.
- wf 13y agoYea no problem! The product itself looks awesome btw.
- recycledair 13y agoThe problem is your screen's resolution. I see the same thing in Chrome on OSX. Make your window narrower and all the text moves above the laptop.
- HeXetic 13y agoLooks fine for me in Firefox (Iceweasel) 23.0 on Linux, even with NoScript having disabled everything on that page.
