I agree, I think we should be charging all speeders with attempted murder.
- awjr 13y agoI know you are joking, but I do think there is a certain argument to be made that should it be proven that the reason the crash fatality happened was due to speeding, then I don't see why somebody should not be done for a form of murder. Speed limits are there for a reason.
