I guarantee that because of Snowden's actions, the next presidential election will see campaigns treating electronic communication as untrustworthy and will have new strategies/policies for communicating sensitive information. Accusations of illegal snooping will be made to sway public opinion. Eventually, someone will actually get caught with their hand in the NSA's cookie jar.
