It's impossible actually with the lotteries I'm familiar with because no number can be chosen more than one time.
The stat that did it for me was when I heard that I'm far more likely to be murdered than win the lottery
- kabouseng 13y agoI live in Africa, so my odds of winning the lottery isn't too bad...
- Ellipsis753 13y agoThat just makes you more likely to be murdered. You're still going to be "far more likely" to be murdered than to win the lottery.
- graedus 13y agoSimilarly: my favorite one is that you're an order of magnitude more likely to get struck and killed by lightning than win the lottery.
