- jgross206 13y agocan you share some of your reasoning behind this (quite extreme) belief?
- YokoZar 13y agoIf I remember correctly, Aaron was convinced that the way things were going with the trial it would bankrupt his family by defending him. It's not too hard to imagine that "protecting" them involves taking yourself out of the equation there.
- chrischen 13y agoIn that case he could have just not defended himself.
- superuser2 13y agoFBI repeatedly suggested that Martin Luther King kill himself. I think it's a little melodramatic for this case, but it wouldn't be the first time the DoJ has employed that tactic to protect the status quo against an activist.
