- dobbsbob 13y agoAny country that has that enhanced 911 law passed so they could quickly find emergency callers, so almost every country. Germany, US, Canada, UK ect. EFF reported German LE used silent sms over 400,000 times in 2010 to track suspects, activists/anarchists, anybody they want don't need a warrant
