In other words, there has not been one single incident of violent crime committed by a homeless man against a resident; had there been, they would presumably have cited it. I'm no bleeding heart liberal. I'm all in favor of being tough on crime. But I'm having difficulty seeing this as anything other than straightforward unprovoked aggression against people who are not criminals.
