The number one point missing on there is "don't run a company you don't own". If you don't control your board, you don't own the company.
- btilly 13y agoThat is true. However if you run a company you don't own and make those mistakes, you'll wind up discovering your failure somewhat later after your shortcoming have done much more damage.
