I think when you look at "heroes" in history they stayed to fight for their cause vs runaway. I'm trying to imagine how effective Ghandi, MLK, Nelson Mandela or Rosa Parks would have been from Venezuela.
- darkarmani 13y agoDid you just ignore my example hero? Staying and fighting might make sense, but there are also times where it means you are less likely to get your story out. Getting locked in solitary confinement with no access to the outside media is probably the stupidest way for him to get his message out.
