- foobarbazqux 13y agoIt's quite possible, here's an example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singularity_%28operating_system%29 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singularity_%28operating_syste... They only used C and assembly for interrupt handling.
