Banks move slow and you called on a Friday. if you don't get a call on Monday do a Google search for
security site:bank.com
and see if you can find any email addresses for someone that handles it. If that fails, try searching LinkedIn for engineers that work for the bank and emailing them.
if all fails, search for a CTO or CEO and CC them everything.
