Hey, everyone in California, I have an idea: let's vote Feinstein out.
- makr17 13y agoIn all seriousness, it will depend on who runs against her, either in a Democratic primary or in the general election. She often seems stodgy and clueless, but I can imagine _much_ worse...
- kornork 13y agoI think this is actually not true. Anyone voted in to replace her would not have the seniority she has, and wouldn't be in charge of important subcommittees. In addition, if the person was a Republican, and the Senate still controlled by Democrats, they wouldn't be very effective.

- betterunix 13y agoYou need to be prepared to take risks. The Democrats have known for a long time now that they can get away with being a right wing party because liberals are terrified that a right-wing Republican candidate might win. Feinstein is not an exception to this. Take a risk: vote third party. If you keep voting for the lesser of two evils, you'll keep getting evil.
