I'm confused. Their navigation in their header seems to not function properly, so I can't read their FAQ. Why would I pay $100 - $500 monthly for reminders when

I'm confused. Their navigation in their header seems to not function properly, so I can't read their FAQ. Why would I pay $100 - $500 monthly for reminders when there is an endless number of apps to pick from that will do exactly this. Everything from the Reminders app on the iPhone, to Google Calendar to various web applications. I have to be missing something?
