I just updated Responsive Web CSS
I posted a tiny project site a few weeks ago on HN that saw a bit of interest. There were a lot of great suggestions on many things that were missing, some of which I've now added.
Thanks for all the feedback so far, I hope it can save a bit of time for anyone setting up a new site for the responsive web.
