I like this explanation. Often you read articles about self proclaimed UX experts talking about their research and thinking about the product is what makes a product have a good UX. Nope, its the iterative process. Good UX people, Good developers, and short iterative cycles. Not just market research. A good UX guy listens to the developer too.
