Now if I take a screenshot of that (or maybe hit Archive.org for it) at the time of signing and if the text is different, I may be able to claim that the bank is forcing me to follow an agreement different from the one I signed. But that's an extremely long shot and it still needs to rely on the bank fudging the records first.
