I hope DO would consider have a special add-on like: $5 per month per node for priority support (< 1hr response time), then I think more people would consider moving more production systems to DO.
- andrewmunsell 13y agoI've actually never had another company respond to support requests faster than DO. Almost every ticket gets a human response in under a minute (often in what seems like seconds), and for the small things (billing related), the problem is usually solved in that minute.
