B.ORG is clearly the winner here.
- sarreph 13y agoCY.B.ORG
- ante_annum 13y agoI assume Paramount will be the winning bidder here.
- dnautics 13y agothey'll have to find a compelling nonprofit use for b.org
- cdcarter 13y agoNo they won't. That's not a provision for registration of a .org. Just a recommendation.
- dnautics 13y agoI stand corrected.
- ics 13y ago> [...] a large company conducting educational campaigns [...] Correct that it won't necessarily have to be nonprofit, but in this case there is a selection process beyond just a credit card. My first thought if they apply is some sort of Make-A-Wish with a sci-fi orientation or some sort of tech/cinema/cinema-tech scholarship org.
- possibilistic 13y agoI can see C.ORG being used by the likes of: * http://corgipals.org/ http://corgipals.org/ * http://www.corgiaid.org/ http://www.corgiaid.org/ * http://www.sunshinecorgirescue.org/ http://www.sunshinecorgirescue.org/ What are the costs of these .ORG domains? If it's reasonable for non-profits, I would love to spearhead or collaborate on the development of a corgi rescue site.
