So true. So very, very true. I had an experience that went much further than the "pay us what you owe now or else" stage. At some point I want to write that up so that people can see how to pursue a debtor past that point and what pitfalls to look out for. Funny thing is, word gets around real fast that you go after people who try to play you - and you get better customers because of it.
