FWIW, I wouldn't recommend Zuora. I've spent the last ~8 months trying to move off of our home-grown system and Zuora's just not there yet. Unfortunately, we're starting to think about bringing it back in-house. Though, we'd probably use an open source base such as "Freemium" and build around that.
