Except for the part where it was the Federal government and it's "war on drugs" that established the civil forfeiture laws.
- makomk 13y agoSo basically what you're saying is that it was the federal government's fault for giving states the ability to carry out civil forfeitures, therefore we need to transfer more power from the federal government to states.
- fallous 13y agoNo, "basically" I'm saying the first and am silent on the transferring of power since in this particular case I disagree with the power regardless of which level of government is involved in exercising it.
