The article advocates an idea with which I am inclined to agree. But, how does the cultural impact of rapidly hiring employees compare to the 'new building' impact discussed here? I have a strong suspicion that hiring too many too fast is just as effective at destroying the startup culture as moving into a more professional (read: corporate) office.
