I get at least one of these a week and that is after I took my phone number off my resume. I found out that in order for your number to get purged, you need to post an "alternate" one. I also have the suspicion that recruiting agencies have temps call/email people to "verify" details since there are potentially so many fake resumes out there that are bought/sold. IMHO these are like spam lists or something...
