"More than I need to see women who have it all, I need to see women who are simply competent engineers." That's my suggestion for what to say in the title, if it can be said in fewer words. I think it would give the idea better. I like the idea. For what it's worth, I have met female colleagues who seem to have either of those combinations of qualities, or other combinations. I'm glad that I did. I respect my colleagues. I'm sure I have bias, as I suppose everyone does. I hope that I keep in mind that people aren't always as they seem. And I hope that I don't need to judge people's qualities that are irrelevant in context.
