proflower does a lot of "follow up" in the name of repeat business. I get emails daily like "Please accept your savings" and "please fill out our survey" and my favorite "Your $15 shipping rebate" - all scams and wasting my time. I will never use proflowers again; They don't respect my time. So far I think Amazon does it best.
