I thought that I read this article here once before... But a search turned up nothing relevant. The story pisses me off to no end. The fucking Pentagon pisses away TRILLIONS of dollars yet they can't even get deserving soldiers their just pay? It's completely unacceptable! Take money from the NSA to pay these people.
